Below Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Our Philosophy

We created Ouer Seas to bring out your best possible self—effortless, confident, sun-drenched. Part of that means being completely transparent with you from the moment you shop with us. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Returns Policy – Please Read Carefully

All sales are final.​

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color variation from website images

  • Minor fit preferences

As a small startup brand, to keep our prices fair and our process sustainable, we do not currently operate a return infrastructure. We encourage you to review our sizing guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of every garment we make. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at @

We will ask for:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item (shipped at no cost to you)

  • Store credit for the full value of the item

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods for damaged items—only replacements or store credit.

Any intentional damages that do not match our pre-shipment record will be automatically rejected for replacement or store credit.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors on the website

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing @. After 1 hour, orders are sent to fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

5. Sizing & Product Representation

  • Our size charts are approximate guides. Fit may vary slightly by fabric and body type.

  • Colors on your screen may differ from the physical product due to monitor settings and lighting.

  • We do not guarantee that the appearance of any product matches your expectations beyond reasonable accuracy.

 

We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering.

6. Pricing & Payment

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Expired codes will not be honored.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order obtained through misuse of a promotion.
